Sanitation Responsibilities :

• Maintain proper sanitation of slicing and packaging equipment
• Ensure everything in contact with food product is sanitized properly
• Take apart equipment
• Scrub using cloth, brush, and pressure washer on all production equipment and utensils used in packaging and slicing process
• Sanitize using cloth, brush, and pressure wash walls, flooring and doors in all departments
• Clean, sweep, and mop floors in office, lockers, and lunch area
• Remove garbage from office, lockers, bathrooms, and lunch area
• Determine chemicals used to clean depending on the area to be cleaned
