Salary Range: $124,000 - $173,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, including month-end close, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Manage and analyze product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and explanations.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies to ensure data integrity and asset protection.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Optimize cash flow management and working capital utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong leadership and team management experience, with excellent communication abilities.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced features or implementation of manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced financial analysis and reporting.
• Certification or experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Demonstrated success in leading cost accounting optimization projects or inventory management improvements.
