The Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD) is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to serve as its next Manager of Biosolids and Energy Recovery Operations. This position oversees one of the region's most advanced biosolids and energy recovery facilities, directing 24 / 7 operations, leading a skilled team, and advancing IRWD's initiatives to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in wastewater operationsincluding biosolids processing, energy recovery systems, and SCADA technologiespaired with proven leadership skills to unify teams, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. An annual salary of $137,724 $206,508 DOE / DOQ
