Why Consider This Role :

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and developing his / her assigned clinical staff of Counseling Works. The primary role is to support the Clinical Leadership Team in managing staff and providing feedback, supervision and consultation to clinicians. This role combines clinical client hours, and supervisory administration hours. Approximately 28 hours will be dedicated to clinical hours with 6 hours dedicated to supervision and leadership weekly.

Compensation :

• Clinical Supervisor compensation includes a split per clinical sessions, and an hourly administration rate
• Clinical Supervisor may participate in Counseling Works profit sharing bonus structure
