Medical Rfp Coe Zone Leader

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Medical RFP Center of Excellence (COE). This role will be based in any where in the US where we have a Mercer office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to :

  • Be a liaison between the COE and local offices in your zone.
  • Share COE insights that have been gained through the consolidation of marketings through the COE.
  • Become the market expert by staying current on the programs offered by the carriers offering coverage in your zone. Establish relationships with Mercer's carrier contacts as it relates to marketings.
  • Be a champion for change to streamline mid-market RFPs and encourage use of the COE in discussions with lead consultants and other client facing colleagues in your zone.
  • Participate in marketings and provide insights to others on more complex marketing opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions with local offices in your zone. This may include topics such as marketing trends, benchmarking data, how to work with the COE, updates and improvements to processes, etc.
  • Challenge the status quo and bring forth new ideas to evolve the COE.

What you need to have :

  • BA / BS degree
  • Minimum 7 years' experience, with health and benefits consulting experience
  • Client management experience
  • Strong relationship management skills

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

    The applicable base salary range for this role is $115,200 to $230,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
