HVAC Service Technician / Installer

• HVAC Lead Technicians

This position will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, maintenance and installation of residential HVAC systems. This role requires someone who can wear many hats and wants to get in on a rapidly growing HVAC department with advancement opportunities. The best candidates will have HVAC service, repair and installation experience.

• Duties and Responsibilities
• Installing, maintaining and repairing heating and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Identifying maintenance issues on equipment and making proper recommendations for repair or replacement
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and local codes
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatchers
• Train, mentor and supervise newer techs / installers
• Ability to frequently bend, kneel, stretch, twist, reach, climb and lift / carry up to 50 lbs
• Desired Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of equivalent field experience
• Universal EPA required.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record
• Clean neat appearance, positive attitude and demeanor
• Ability to adapt, be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in working with sheet metal and ductwork
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous HVAC sales experience a plus
