About the Role

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Vice President for Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, and Development. This pivotal technology leader will shape and maintain our enterprise architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with our dynamic business strategy. You will spearhead the design and launch of scalable, high-performance applications and platforms, driving forward our AI / ML initiatives, data and analytics strategy, and leading a top-tier team of architects, engineers, and data experts.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, modern architectural patterns, and hands-on familiarity with cloud-native platforms. A robust background in data architecture, analytics, and AI / ML ecosystems is crucial. You should excel in building and leading high-performance, cross-functional teams while managing significant technology budgets.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field; an MBA or executive education in digital transformation is a plus. You will need a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or platform development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success in large-scale digital transformation projects, particularly within hospitality, entertainment, or consumer-facing sectors, is essential. Strong capabilities in security architecture, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks will set you apart.

This role demands a strategic thinker with superior communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts into tangible business outcomes while effectively presenting technology strategies to executive leadership.
