Old Hickory Golf Club is owned and operated by Heritage Golf Group (HGG), a national owner and operator of premier private, resort, restaurant, and daily fee golf clubs. Old Hickory Golf Club (www.oldhickorygc.com) is a standout in the golf scene. Our 18-hole, PB Dye-designed golf course opened in 2002. Located in a park-like setting with one of the area's largest practice facility footprints, the club features a swimming pool, expansive clubhouse, and has become a well-recognized member club and private event venue with banquet rooms that can accommodate up to 750 guests.
The Membership Relations Coordinator is responsible for the development, communication and execution of all membership programming including a curated calendar of elevated events that bring members together both on and off the course. This role serves as the day-to-day leader of membership administration that includes frequent interaction with the membership.
Position Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the club website, social media channels and club calendar as well as Member communications vis email, push notifications and in club marketing.
- Responsible for membership programming including relevant and engaging member events and experiences specific to each membership category
- Attended departmental meetings to provide updates on the event calendar and upcoming BEOs
- Implement thorough and consistent communications plan while upholding brand standards to best communicate Club events, unique experiences, and general updates and happenings at the Club
- Attend membership events to ensure quality of service and capture content for social media and / or club communications
- Gather post-event feedback from members to continuously improve our services and programs
- Effectively respond to member comments in accordance with Club standards
- Provide ideas, feedback, and suggestions to continuously improve the services provided to members
- Maintain response, attendance, and follow-up lists for membership and marketing events
- Perform / present membership orientations
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the General Manager and Director of Member Engagement.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities :
