Transportation Specialist
Responsibilities : Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies within the transportation services network carrier base. Partner with teams to drive process improvements that enhance service, technology, and carrier performance engagement and growth. Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive business decisions across customer-facing programs. Pull and analyze data from various databases, utilizing tools such as Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.
Essential Skills : 1-3 years' experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical / IF formulas, and data cleansing. Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency. Ability to communicate effectively with carriers and solve problems. Experience managing large data sets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation. 1+ years of management experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Attributes such as ownership, delivering results, and a bias for action are highly valued.
Work Environment
This role requires 100% onsite presence with shift schedules from Wednesday to Saturday OR Sunday-Wednesday. It offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the transportation teams, providing an entry-level corporate role that plays a crucial part in managing peak business demands.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
