• Workers’ Compensation Attorney who can hit the ground running
• and take charge of a strong, active case load.
• The Role :

We are actively seeking an experienced

• Workers’ Compensation Attorney
• to join our team
• immediately
• . This is a prime opportunity to manage your own caseload, lead support staff, and significantly grow your income with

• Key Responsibilities :
• Take full ownership of a
• Workers’ Compensation caseload
• from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, trials, and settlement conferences.
• Work closely with paralegals and medical staff to ensure client satisfaction and case movement.
• Stay current on Workers’ Compensation law and regulatory changes in New York.
• Help grow the department’s presence and success within the firm and the community.
• Strategize case development to
• maximize settlements and outcomes
• for our clients.
• Qualifications :
• Licensed to practice in New York
• and in good standing.
• Minimum
• 1–2 years of Workers’ Comp experience
• required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Experience with
• NYS Workers' Compensation Board, eCase, and litigation procedures
• Business development mindset is a major plus.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
