Position Highlights :
- $21.86-$32.18 / hour based on experience

At Hire : $1,500

Maintain and update patient medical records, including vital signs, treatments, and medications; review immunization records.Prepare for patient visits by reviewing files, ensuring necessary reports are available, and coordinating with Providers for efficient scheduling and continuity of care.Prepare and maintain exam rooms, explain procedures to patients, provide education and coaching, respond to patient inquiries, and assist physicians during exams and procedures.Collect and prepare lab specimens, administer medication, and carry out other assigned clinical responsibilities.Qualifications :
Minimum high school diploma or GED requiredCompletion of an accredited medical assisting program (certificate / diploma or Associate Degree) with at least 720 training hours and a minimum of 160-hour clinical externshipOne year's experience as a CMA preferredCPR certification must be obtained within 90 days of hireMust possess Medical Assistant Certification from the WA State Department of HealthBilingual (English / Spanish) required at a level 10Strong medical knowledge to understand theories and technical aspects of medicineExcellent interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of individualsStrong multitasking abilities to manage varied workloadsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Our Mission Statement :
