We are Omakin Restaurants, a proud McDonald's Franchise. This is a full-time on-site role for Restaurant Managers located in Indiana (Merrillville and Hammond). Restaurant Managers will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, hiring and training staff, managing food and beverage inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Shift Manager Starting at $16 per hour Negotiable with experience

General Manager -$50k Minimum. Negotiable with experience

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a crew of 5-12 people during a shift. You are expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain a high level of quality food, served with great hospitality in a clean environment, while paying close attention to the restaurant's overall profitability.
