PeopleShare is seeking an experienced and motivated Driver Recruiter to join our team in Williamsport, MD. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to handle a high volume of calls, and a passion for connecting great drivers with a great company.

Job Title : Driver Recruiter

Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Pay Rate : $20.00 $26.00 / hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to recruit qualified CDL drivers
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet company and DOT requirements
• Guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective drivers
