Job Summary : The Coder is responsible for accurate post review coding and documentation to support proper reimbursement from Medicare while ensuring organizational compliance. Will perform post review production coding as well as medical record abstraction in support of the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) data collection.
