Responsibilities :

As a Business Development Center (BDC) Manager, you will :

• Oversee and improve the customer relations process by implementing and training on approved CR procedures
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop ongoing performance plans and team strategies
• Collect and maintain accurate customer data to enhance follow-up, retention, and lead conversion
• Stay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and dealership / manufacturer promotions
• Drive appointments, sales, and retention through outbound calls, internet leads, and customer referrals

Qualifications :

Previous experience in customer service or call center management (automotive experience a plus)

Strong leadership and training skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency with computers and CRM systems

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
