Your Responsibilities as Plant Manager :
Leadership & Management
Define and implement strategic directions aligned with corporate goalsEnsure overall operational performance : production, quality, maintenance, health & safety, and cost controlLead, coach, and develop managers and their teamsFoster a safe, healthy, and engaging work environmentPerformance & Financial Oversight
Monitor and analyze KPIs, budget variances, and financial resultsEnsure rigorous cost management and propose optimization initiativesParticipate in planning and managing capital investment projectsContinuous Improvement & Innovation
