Engineering Consultant

A company is looking for an Engineering Consultant II to support project teams by applying engineering expertise to various client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Review engineering documents, drawings, and specifications for analysis

Verify data on electric system structures and perform quality control checks

Prepare engineering deliverables and collaborate with project leads and clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience; OR Master's degree with 1+ year; OR Bachelor's in a non-engineering field with 3+ years of experience; OR Associate's degree with 5+ years of related experience

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Knowledge of quality control best practices for engineering reviews

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD or MicroStation) and GIS

Experience in documenting engineering design and calculations
