Job descriptionDevelop and support WECI integrations for UKG Pro WFM and UKG Workforce Central Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations between Kronos WFC / UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise systems Write and debug scripts for WECI integrations Work with API-based integrations, FTP processes, and data mapping tools Collaborate with teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions 2-4 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM or UKG Workforce Central Strong knowledge of Kronos WFC and UKG Pro WFM architecture and integration points Proven experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrations Proficient in writing and debugging scripts for WECI integrations Experience with SQL and querying databases Familiarity with Workforce Management best practices and processes Experience with data formats like XML, JSON, CSV, and integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, and FTP
