About the Role
Sweathouz is looking for a detail-driven and data-minded CRM Specialist to bring our customer journey to life through targeted, high-performing email and SMS campaigns. You’ll be the engine behind our lifecycle marketing program—building and optimizing campaigns that engage, retain, and convert members across the Sweathouz ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll own the execution : scheduling sends, managing segmentation, QA’ing automations, tracking performance, and ensuring every message hits the mark. You’ll collaborate closely with brand, creative, and media teams to make sure our communications feel personal, timely, and on-brand.
What You’ll Do
- Build, test, and schedule email and SMS campaigns across lifecycle stages
- Maintain CRM segmentation, tags, lists, and automation flows
- Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribes) and flag trends
- Support A / B testing and optimization efforts across copy, subject lines, and send times
- Assist with building or editing campaign landing pages
- Ensure campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other legal / privacy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, timing, and creative
- Document processes and maintain accurate campaign tracking
What You’ll Bring
2–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketingExperience using tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Iterable, Salesforce, or similarStrong attention to detail and QA instincts—especially around scheduling and automationsFamiliarity with KPIs like open rate, CTR, ROAS, and unsubscribe rateAbility to work collaboratively and communicate across teamsBonus : Experience with MindBodyOnline (MBO), wellness / fitness brands, or HTML for emailCompensation details : 58000-85000 Yearly Salary
