Looking for your next school-based adventure? The Caswood Group is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) for an itinerant assignment across several schools on the westside of Monroe County. This is a great opportunity for SLPs who like flexibility and variety, while making a meaningful impact on school age students.
Position Details :
Full-time, 37-38 hours / week- will consider 3-5 school days a week
School hours, onsite only
ASAP start – potentially through the end of the school year
About the Role :
This is an agency position. The Caswood Group has partnered with a school district on the westside of Monroe County to support their students.
The Speech-Language Pathologist in Schools plays a critical role in supporting the communication development and academic success of students with speech, language, and communication disorders. This position involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing individualized therapy to students to improve their speech and language skills, enabling them to participate fully in the educational environment. The role requires collaboration with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement effective intervention plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Additionally, the Speech-Language Pathologist monitors student progress and adjusts therapy approaches accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes. Ultimately, this position contributes to fostering inclusive learning environments where all students can achieve their full potential in communication and learning.
