• Passionate About? Married with three boys, enjoys Peloton (previously taught cycling), and loves traveling to the Lake of the Ozarks.

Marc Pennington, Financial Advisor :

• How long with NM? Starting his 4th year with NM.
• Prior Experience? Spent 21 years in education13 years as a teacher and coach, followed by 8 years as a middle school principal.
• Passionate About? Spending time with his wife, three kids, and dogs. Loves to travel, is a huge Hawkeye and Cubs fan, and enjoys working on his small hobby farm.

Garrett Brander, Wealth Management Advisor CFP, ChFC, RICP, WMCP :

• How long with NM? Started as an intern in 2011; later became Managing Director for the Iowa City office, where he served for seven years.
• Prior Experience? Gained extensive experience as an advisor and business leader; recognized as New Advisor of the Year in 2014 and 2015.

Ben Frazier, Growth and Development Director :

• How long with NM? 4 years, starting as a Financial Advisor, now Growth and Development Director; Multicultural Leadership Program and Fastrac Academy graduate.
• Prior Experience? Former Medical Officer (Captain) in the Iowa Army National Guard, served 11 years with one combat deployment to the Middle East.
• Passionate About? Board member and mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, commissioner of the Cedar Rapids Veterans Memorial Building, real estate investor, amateur kickboxer, and music festival enthusiast.

Position Requirements :

• Life insurance license and FINRA certifications (or willingness to obtain).
