As a Senior Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and operational excellence of complex software solutions for key customers. You will work directly with client teams to design solution architectures, implement best practices, provide troubleshooting support, and drive product adoption across distributed environments. This role offers significant autonomy and impact, combining technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value, improve operational workflows, and mentor colleagues, all while contributing to a fast-moving, innovative technical environment.

Accountabilities

• Design, deploy, and configure software solutions in customer environments, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, providing triage, troubleshooting, and escalation for complex issues.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver customized training for clients to drive product adoption.
• Plan and lead business reviews and enterprise-wide rollouts with customer stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion or optimization of solutions.
• Document customer requirements, business goals, and technical solutions to ensure alignment with product capabilities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming software offerings, providing guidance to internal teams and customers.
