Responsibilities

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Configure and support the Epic application, and coordinate work with the Epic offshore team.
• This role includes both maintenance and development.
• This is post‑production support role; must differentiate SLA across incidents, problems, change, root cause identification, defect resolution, etc.
• This role requires working with end customer, client stakeholders and offshore team, and may involve on‑call support during non‑working hours.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework will be a plus.

MUST HAVE CERTIFICATION AS EPIC ECSA Managing, maintaining and implementing Epic Win Server infrastructure, deploying Epic applications, using Kuiper and system pulse, Management and support of Interconnect, Hyperspace, EPS, Web blob, BCA, MyChart, Kuiper, System Pulse / Participate in design and architecture of Epic / Create and maintain KB articles / troubleshooting

On call support required.
