How you'll contribute

A Speech Pathologist who excels in this role :

  • Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
  • Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
  • Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
  • Plans and / or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
  • Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

  • What we're looking for

    Applicants should have a Master's degree. Additional requirements include :

    A Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or similarly titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association

    Possess or eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY).

    Licensed or eligible for licensure in state

    Current BLS / CPR Card
