Academic Success Manager

A company is looking for an Academic Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Review, develop, and administer academic support procedures, policies, and infrastructure

Collaborate with associate directors to ensure consistent university-wide approaches to academic issues

Gather and analyze data on academic activities and prepare annual reports on academic performance

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree required; PhD preferred

5 years of experience in higher education

3 years of project management experience

3 years of experience in distance learning preferred

Commitment to advocating for the learning needs of distance learning students
