Required Training / Experience / Education for all positions :
- High school diploma or equivalent (helpful but not required)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (per local / state regulations)
- Physically capable of standing / walking for 9 hours
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Good physical condition and reasonable hearing for safety
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English

Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, helpful serviceFollow all steps of service and proceduresTake and accurately enter orders into the POS systemOperate, clean, and maintain the shake machineProcess cash, credit card, and other payments efficientlyKeep the checkout area clean, organized, and stockedFollow all company policies and proceduresHandle fast-paced environments and adapt to changesAddress guest questions and concerns with professionalismCompletes all tasks as directed by management, including : cleanliness, stocking, prep, cooking,sanitation, guest service, and adherence to standards
Maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and prep areasAssists with full kitchen cleaning as neededOperates and maintains all machines safely and correctly, including setup and breakdown(kitchen equipment, dish machine, milk shake machine)
