Position Summary Facilities Maintenance I assists Facilities Maintenance II in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the building common areas. Follows safety precautions to prevent product contamination and injuries to self or others.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Keeps facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuums, sweeps, buffs and mops floors.
• Cleans and stocks restrooms.
• Cleans up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notifies managers of necessary repairs.
• Collects and disposes of trash.
• Assists guests when necessary.
• Properly cleans upholstered furniture.
• Additional duties as assigned.
