Content Developer

Eagle Integrated Service, LLC (EIS) is a government consulting and contracting firm supporting missions throughout the world. EIS is seeking a Content Developer to support our new mission in San Antonio, TX. The Content Developer role is to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry.

What You'll Do :

• Provide Course Content Developer support services to create, revise, and maintain instructional content in support of medical and trauma training programs. The Content Developer shall ensure that course materials are instructionally sound, accurate, accessible, and compliant with DoD / DHA policies and accreditation standards. Telework may be available depending on agency policy and the ability to fulfill the requirements below. Approximately 20-25% of travel may be required. The contractor shall perform the following tasks :
• Develop digital learning assets including presentations, interactive modules, and assessment tools.
• Convert instructor-led course content into online and hybrid learning formats.
• Ensure consistency in content design across JTET courses and lines of effort.
• Coordinate content revisions based on SME feedback and assessment results.
• Maintain version-controlled content library within DHA-approved repositories
