Fill in Per Diem Caregiver

Faithful Home Care Solutions is seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to serve as a fill-in / on-call provider . This is a 1099 independent contractor role , offering flexibility to accept shifts as they become available. That means we will reach out to you only when one of our regular caregiver employees calls out, is absent, or there's a last-minute shift that needs to be covered. There is no set schedule. Cases can vary depending on location, hours, and client needs. You may be called for daytime, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts.

MUST HAVE :

• A reliable car & valid driver’s license – NO EXCEPTIONS
• Flexible availability, including some weekends
• Be available to fill in for scheduled shifts
• High School diploma or equivalent (Home Care Certification required)
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Direct Care Worker (DCW)
• TB testing required
• Background check
• CNA, HHA, and / or DC Certification required
• Hoyer Lift experience required

Responsibilities :

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)

Help with meal preparation & light housekeeping

Provide companionship & emotional support

Communicate with the client’s family and agency

Ensure a safe and comfortable environment

Perform other client-specific tasks as needed

Shift :

Day, Night, and / or Overnight (12-hour) Shift

Weekday and / or Weekend Shift
