Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Gastonia, NC

Join a prestigious 16-bed Level-III NICU practice located within a renowned hospital in the Charlotte suburb of Gastonia, North Carolina. We are seeking an experienced full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to be part of our award-winning healthcare team. Job Responsibilities :

• Provide care in our 16-suite, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and provide support in the newborn nursery.
• Work collaboratively with two neonatologists and a team of 5-6 NNPs, ensuring high-quality care for patients.
• Deliver 20 hours of shift coverage per day, with neonatologists available for in-house daytime coverage and backup call from home at night.
• Assist with the hospital's expansion plans, which will include a new labor and delivery service and level 1 newborn nursery in nearby Belmont, NC.
• Participate in a practice that experiences approximately 320 admissions and 1900 births annually.
