About the Role

The Company is excited to find a Managing Director for National Audit Quality. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Chief Quality Officer to develop and present strategic materials for leadership, the Board of Directors, and external committees. Your responsibilities will include drafting and coordinating comment letters to regulators, addressing ad hoc requests, and overseeing the firm's audit quality evaluation and transformation initiatives.

We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting and possess a CPA designation, along with at least 10 years of experience in senior management roles within a CPA environment. Advanced knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Standards is essential. In addition, a strong analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and impeccable professionalism and integrity are a must.

Successful applicants should excel at managing deadlines, juggling multiple projects, and prioritizing tasks. Proficiency in relevant technology and the ability to communicate effectively across all organization levels are necessary. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of business integrity, exceptional client service, and strong leadership abilities.

This role requires adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment; willingness to work extended hours and travel as required is expected. A Master's degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years in public accounting or related fields, accompanied by at least 10 years of supervisory experience.
