Dec 22‐24 : 8a‐5p + night beeper call

Dec 25, 27, 28 : 24‐hour call

Dec 26 : 8a‐5p + night beeper call

Job Setting : Inpatient

Types of Cases : General Urology, OR surgeries (3‐4 / day), clinic procedures (vasectomy, infant circumcision ‐ not required)

Credentialing : 30 days

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible : BC / BE in Urology

Certifications : DEA

Licensure : AZ license or IMLC accepted
