Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Manage work orders and allocate tasks to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance jobs.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment issues related to safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Analyze maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute plans for capital projects and process improvements in alignment with plant objectives.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability, ensuring all maintenance activities meet OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Foster team engagement and performance through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets; assist in annual budget planning and cost control initiatives.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of Maintenance personnel.
• Ensure training and skill development programs address capability gaps and align with operational needs.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
