Email Marketing Operations Assistant

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Email Marketing Operations Assistant to join our team! In this role, you'll help manage email campaigns, support product tracking for influencer partnerships, and execute repeatable marketing tasks with accuracy. If you're organized, responsive, and love working with clear processes, this role is for you.

Salary : 55,000 - 65,000 PHP What You'll Do

  • Manage and execute email campaigns using Iterable (or similar platforms)
  • Use Google Sheets to assist with shipping and tracking influencer product sends
  • Support landing page setup using CMS or drag-and-drop tools (nice to have)
  • Follow provided SOPs to complete repeatable tasks like tracking code creation, promo code generation, and landing page setup
  • Submit and track requests in Airtable (nice to have)
  • Collaborate with the team using Slack and Gmail
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication

    • What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years experience managing email campaigns (Iterable or similar tool)
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Reliability, responsiveness, and ability to learn quickly
  • Basic to intermediate Google Sheets skills
  • Comfortable working in PST hours
  • Familiarity with Airtable or CMS platforms is a plus
