Lead Strategic Plan Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Strategic Plan Specialist to join the Honeywell family and help take the company to the next level. As part of the Strategy team, you will be responsible for driving growth, conducting in-depth analyses of the market and competitive landscape, assessing our portfolios and roadmaps against finding, and determining gaps and recommendations on where to prioritize innovation. You will also support our 3-year business planning around the software business model and helping to identify acquisitions, partnerships, and other potential growth drivers. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with market and competitive intelligence, understanding financial statements and earnings calls, leveraging tools (like Klue, Crayon, Alphasense), working with analyst firms and 3rd party vendors to gather customer needs and industry trends, and have a basic understanding of financial modeling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively are a must as well as being self-motivated. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy collaborating, fast-paced environments, have an eagerness to learn, and be passionate about professional growth.
