Job Summary (List Format) :

• Position : Registered Nurse for Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatric Unit
• Shift : 12-hour shifts; must be flexible to work both day and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays, as assigned
• Patient Population : Adolescent psychiatric patients
• Certification Requirements :
• American Heart Association BLS (required)
• ACLS (preferred)
• Active certification in one of the following crisis intervention methods required : TCI, CPI, MANDT, or TEAM
• Work Hours : 36 guaranteed hours per week (except during Admission / Discharge Weeks and Cycle Break Week Unit Closure)
• Specialty : Nursing (Psychiatric Adolescent)
• Responsibilities : Provide direct nursing care, manage psychiatric crises, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Additional Notes : Must be adaptable to fluctuating schedules and patient census
