Requirements

Certifications Required:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas or compact state license

• BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – AHA required

• CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) – Preferred, not mandatory
