Are you a mission-driven leader with a passion for recovery and community impact? We're looking for a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Manager to lead outpatient and intensive outpatient drug and alcohol treatment programs in Los Angeles, CA.
This role is ideal for a certified counselor with :
- Clinical Supervision credentials
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Familiarity with Substance Abuse Prevention and Control (SAPC) billing and LA County compliance
- A strong understanding of recovery models and community engagement
- Bachelors degree in Social Service or related field.
What You'll Do :
Support the Program Director in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring timely client services.Train and mentor new and existing staff, interns, and volunteers. Lead recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations.Ensure adherence to state and county regulations, oversee CalOMS and other mandatory reports, and maintain program certifications (DMC, AOD).Oversee billing practices, track financial performance, and support program sustainability.Facilitate group and individual counseling, oversee treatment plans, and ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.Lead outreach efforts to raise awareness about substance use risks and build partnerships with DCFS, parole, probation, and other agencies.Qualifications
Certified SUD Counselor with Clinical Supervision credentials.A minimum 5 years of experience in human services or community-based substance use programs.A minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team.Familiarity with Substance Abuse Prevention and Control (SAPC) billing procedures.Strong understanding of recovery models, including 12-step programs.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with documentation and reporting.📍 Location : Los Angeles, CA 90033
🕒 Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (extended hours as needed) Onsite
💰 Salary Range : $70,000–$80,000
