California Licensed Proofreader

A company is looking for a Proofreader / QA contractor to support the final stages of curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in project meetings to set goals and review work with the curriculum team

Review instructional materials for accuracy, grammar, alignment to TSIA2, and proper integration into the Learning Management System

Communicate regularly with the Digital Curriculum Manager regarding deadlines and work progress

Required Qualifications

Detail-oriented with a strong editorial eye

Experience tracking multiple content issues, including grammar and formatting

Familiarity with test design and secondary-level ELA instructional content

Proficiency in Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Learning Management Systems

Experience with the TSIA2 assessment and ELA content
