Job description

Business Development Manager

A company who specializes in EPIC staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to work 100% remote. While the role is remote, you will work 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm local time (your time zone). We are looking for a true hunter, someone who has existing relationships with EPIC partners who has an established book of business. You will be given a large territory (travel 20 - 50%) to visit your clients. We are looking for a true go-getting, someone who is going to bring new business to a reputable company! We need someone who cares truly about giving their clients the best experience. This is a permanent position with unlimited PTO and excellent benefits (the company pays 75% of the employee / dependents benefits). Your job will be smiling and dialing and doing whatever it takes to get in front of clients / bring in business. Skills and Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Development role (true "Hunter" position, breaking into new accounts)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting EPIC clients (specifically EPIC, not just healthcare) - looking for someone with established relationships in the EPIC industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work 8 : 30 - 4 : 30 local time (your time zone)
  • Ability to travel 20 - 50% of the time to your clients
