Position Overview

A leading health system in Columbus, OH is hiring two full-time OB / GYN Hospitalists to join its academic team. This role is perfect for physicians passionate about resident education, high-risk obstetrics, and serving underserved communities. You'll work in a dynamic clinical teaching environment while helping shape the future of women's health.

Role Highlights

Full-time hospital-employed position

12-hour rotating shifts (days / nights / weekends / holidays)

Work across three hospital campuses (only one per shift)

Supervise and teach OB / GYN residents on Labor & Delivery

Perform gynecologic surgeries and manage complex OB cases

Multidisciplinary team collaboration

Strong mission focus on community and underserved care

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $300,000 with 5% annual increases

Sign-On Bonus : $35,000 $40,000

Day 1 Benefits : Health, dental, vision, Rx

Time Off : 27 PTO days

Paid holidays (based on pre-scheduled rotation)

CME & Support : CME allowance

Licensure, certification reimbursement

Malpractice : With tail coverage

Retirement : Employer-sponsored plans

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB / GYN

Ohio medical license or ability to obtain

Clean malpractice record

Interest in academic medicine and high-risk OB
