Role Description

We're hiring a full-time UI / UX Designer to join our growing team in the New York City Metropolitan Area . This is an on-site role where you'll play a key part in shaping the future of the fastest-growing UGC marketplace.

As a UI / UX Designer at SideShift, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to craft intuitive, beautiful, and user-centered digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You'll lead the design process from concept to implementation — translating insights from creators and brands into seamless, scalable interfaces.

You'll also help define and evolve SideShift's design system, ensuring consistency and quality as we continue to grow rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on real-world use.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for both web and mobile.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and efficient design implementation.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure brand and UI consistency.
• Advocate for user-centered design decisions across cross-functional teams.
