Duties and Responsibilities
This Senior Assistant General Counsel position reports to the Chief Legal Counsel for the Motor Vehicles Unit in the Office of General Counsel. This position will represent the Department in virtual hearings related to vehicle ownership and will prosecute administrative actions related to car dealership regulation. This position is responsible for preparing pleadings, including administrative complaints and settlements, and attending hearings incidental to these cases.
