This John Deere dealership position is full-time, with a great work-life balance!

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising service department personnel, maintaining service department processes, and ensuring departmental profitability. You will also monitor technician performance, review work orders, and oversee the hiring, development, and retention of technical personnel. You must also be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly and working in various weather conditions.
