Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Training, Digital, etc.) to plan and implement strategic communication campaigns aligned with company goals.
  • Write, edit, and execute Consultant-facing communications, including emails, SMS / text messages, social media content, internal announcements, digital toolkits, and other resources.
  • Support content development and asset coordination for field-facing promotions, incentive programs, product launches, and training initiatives.
  • Act as a project manager to review communication and creative projects using a creative project management platform, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Maintain communications calendars and manage production schedules for communication deliverables.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication touchpoints.
  • Optimize message delivery through appropriate channels based on business objectives and Consultant behavior.
  • Monitor feedback and engagement data to assess communication effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Support leadership communications and field-facing presentations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications, content development, or field marketing role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and engagement.
  • Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to manage deadlines and coordinate cross-functional inputs.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with project management and content collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms, including email marketing tools, SMS systems, and social media.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be agile and be able to pivot quickly and effectively in dynamic conditions.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in direct sales, network marketing, or a similar field-based sales model.
  • Understanding of Consultant / distributor engagement dynamics and field communication best practices.
  • Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools.
  • Experience working with consumer products companies, especially those with distributed or independent sales teams.
  • This is a remote role that will require up to 20% travel for conferences and team meetings.
