About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager (Sr PM) to oversee and deliver complex construction projects from contract to completion. This leadership role is responsible for managing project teams, financials, schedules, and stakeholder expectations, while ensuring all work is performed safely, on time, and within budget. The Sr PM will serve as the main point of accountability for project success, coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field operations to turn plans into reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards
  • Partner with Preconstruction teams to develop pricing requests (RFPs) and bid packages
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and forecasts
  • Create and manage a schedule of values for accurate and timely billing
  • Oversee monthly financial projections and reporting to leadership
  • Negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders, and pricing changes with accuracy and timeliness
  • Mentor and support PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers, driving team growth and performance
  • Enforce and enhance quality control and safety standards on all projects
  • Manage project close-out, ensuring all punch lists, billing, and documentation are completed within contract timelines
  • Facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings with executive-level presence
  • Resolve subcontractor disputes, back charges, and extra work requests fairly and effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or 4+ years of equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 7+ years of construction management experience , including 3+ years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment
  • Proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and build strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lift / push / pull 50+ lbs periodically
  • Stand and / or walk for extended periods daily
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, adapting to seasonal temperature changes
  • Maintain reliable and predictable attendance at job sites and offices
  • Ability to manage stress in fast-paced project environments
