Physician-Nocturnist Hospitalist-Full Time-Grand Rapids, MI

As a Nocturnist Hospitalist Physician at Corewell Health West, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. Youll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage acute and chronic medical conditions, and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

Essential Functions :

• The nocturnist primary role is overnight admissions.
• The Nocturnists work shifts at both Butterworth and Blodgett Hospitals.
• The Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) cover the floor calls.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and case reviews.
• Mentor medical residents and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Excellent schedule of 155 shifts per year.
