Job Description : As the Product Manager for the Conversion Accelerator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our extensive portfolio of tools and products. This role blends technical leadership, product strategy, and cross-functional team management to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, SAFe Agile environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the adoption of product management best practices and driving the successful delivery of the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Leadership : Serve as the Product Manager for the Conversion Accelerator, owning the end-to-end release lifecycle.
• Team & Stakeholder Management : Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, architects, and business analysts.
• Execution & Delivery : Drive release planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with SAFe Agile practices.
• Data & Innovation : Leverage data-driven decision-making to guide product direction and prioritization.
• Insurance & Data Expertise : Bring deep experience in the Insurance industry, especially Life & Annuities.
