  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a VP of Field Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and results-driven marketing leader, responsible for developing and owning the comprehensive field marketing strategy. This role is pivotal in driving awareness, trial, and repeat visitation at the park level, and the VP will be expected to partner with commercial, operations, and development teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of new park opening strategies, creating standardized playbooks for local marketing, and designing community engagement programs. The VP will also be tasked with leading a high-performing team, establishing KPIs, and measurement frameworks, and ensuring the effectiveness and ROI of field marketing investments. Applicants for the VP of Field Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in field marketing leadership roles, is required, ideally within B2C marketing in retail, hospitality, recreation, travel, or restaurant industries. The role demands a proven track record in launching new locations and markets, as well as experience in leading distributed teams and building high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong project manager, and have a deep understanding of local market dynamics. An analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence and align diverse teams are essential. Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
