Under the supervision of the Manager, and following established guidelines, performs a variety of tasks associated with the installation, repair, and maintenance of piping, fixtures, and associated equipment for the plumbing systems, medical gas systems, and emergency situations. May perform work in connection with sanitary drainage, storm drainage, special waste, venting systems and public or private water supply systems within or adjacent to a building or structure and other ancillary buildings.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to :
Minimum Qualifications :
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational / Trade school course, and / or
equivalent education and experience.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
Current valid Massachusetts State Plumbing License, and current Massachusetts Driver's license required.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :
Experience : 5-7 years working as a licensed plumber, preferably in a healthcare institution.
